  • 2 cups spelt flour

  • 4-5 very ripe burro bananas, mashed (1 1/2 cups)

  • 1/2 cup date sugar

  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil

  • 2 tablespoons homemade walnut milk or your favorite Dr. Sebi approved nut milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2-1 cup walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with grapeseed oil and keep aside.

  2. Take a large bowl, mix flour and salt, and keep aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix grapeseed oil and date sugar together. Pour in walnut milk and mashed bananas in the bowl and keep blending till it gets smooth.  Combine the banana mixture and walnuts into the flour mixture and stir.  Now pour the prepared batter into the already prepared loaf pan.

  4. Place the loaf pan in your preheated oven and bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of the loaf,  to check if it is ready. Keep bread to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool for another 30 minutes.

  5. Slice the bread loaf and serve warm for the best taste!
